David: I would like to make another point with respect to the interplay that exists between the ALS proceedings, civil proceeding and the DWI prosecution.
Suppose I meet a brand new client and I tell him, “Okay, you didn’t take the test. Your license is gone in 30 days and we can request an administrative hearing. If we lose, that loss of license will be consecutive to whatever the court says.
